Observation 16 new year's resolutions
Every year people make a lot of resolutions. They want to change their whole life. I am going to lose weight, workout, read more, play games less etc. And those are good. It is a good thing to change our lives, then we can feel better and be happier. But the most important rule in it, is to do it for yourself. If you really want to do something, do it, but don't change anything because of pressure. Also important is modify your lifestyle by small steps. If you tell yourself that you will lose 10 pounds, stop eating sweets, workout, read 100 books, you would probably fail. Those resolutions should be rational, so we can make them real and those changes will stay with us for longer than this year.
