Prince Philip
This week, I read an article about Prince Philip's death. He died as 99 years old man, who was married to the Queen for 73 years. He had a lot of problem with his health for the last few years. During his life, he was an interesting person, but sometimes saying not interesting things. A lot of time, also in public he used to talk in racist and sexist language. He wasn't a lovely father, more strict. He wants the kids to be strong, so he doesn't show feelings to them. Apart from this he wanted the royal family to be more modern, and go with the time. He thought that they should use more media.
I am not a huge fan of the Duke of Edinburgh. I don't like and understand his racism, sexism and how he treat their own kids. But I wish that he was a good man in his heart and really want the best life for their family.

His title was the DUKE of Edinburgh.
OdpowiedzUsuńHis great tragedy was that at the age of 31 he became the Queen's consort, a largely meaningless figure with no real impact on the life around him and governed by diplomatic protocol. He hated that because it stopped him from living the life he wanted to live.
