Preparing your own food or watching it being made could lead to overeating – new research
Today I read an article about eating too much food, because of watching it. On television, there are a lot of meal prep programs, and while we are watching it we want to eat more. Scientists make an experience it, and they proved it. People who are reading, watching food are eating more. We shouldn't do it while we are eating too. A better option is to focus on a dish and enjoy it.
I agree with what was written in this article. We can watch and read about food, but we have to do it just sometimes, not every day for few times. At this time when we were doing it, we can do something else and we wouldn't think about eating again. In my opinion, focusing on food is very important too. We are less full when it this time we are doing something else too. But for this time better option for us would be to stop using our phones and start to enjoy a meal.
