fresh air is medicine

     This week I read an article about how air is good for our health and well-being. There were a few stories of people, who appreciate clean air and going outside. Most of them started doing it during the lockdown, because they were working from home, so they have more time. Half of them want to teach their children to enjoy being outside too. Most of them change their lives and feel better.

    I like walking outside and spending time there. I am going on it with my dog, so he is really happy too. After the morning walk, because I prefer doing it in the morning, I feel a lot better. It has a good influence on my thinking during the day and sleeping in the night. That's why in my opinion spending time outside is a great option for spending our free time.

  1. Pity we have to spend the best part of the day inside, in front of our computer screens. Maybe the lessons could be pushed to the evenings, when it's already dark outside?
