Today I want to show you what is vegan diet , what benefits and disadvanges it has. On this diet people don't eat anything which is of animal origin. So they don't eat: milk, eggs, meat, fish etc. There are a few types of vegans, but I would look at them like on one group. Vegans have same benefits of waht they eat. They can easly control their level of sugar and avoid diabets type 2. Also from a lot of researches we can deduce that it help those people with their heath work. And it is lower probability to have cancer and alzheimer. Vegans have to take some suplements to stay healthy. The most popular are witamin B12 and D.
This diet is very good for our health, world and envioment. Even when one of our meals per day would we vegan it would be better for those things.

One product forbidden in a vegan diet is honey, which I would find really hard to live without. But eggs would be the biggest sacrifice!
