macronutrients

To stay healthy we have to eat good level of every macronutriens. They are called: proteins, fats and carbs. The higher in calories are lipids , because in 1 gram they have 9 calories. Proteins and carbs are less, because they have 4 calories per 1 gram. 

We have two types of carbs:simple and complex. Those first are easy to digestion. Examples of it are: fruits, milk syrop. But with complex our body need more time to break it down. They are in:rice, paste, bread, nuts, beans.

Protein have to build and repeare our body, so they are so important. We can find them in:eggs, fish, milk, cheese.

The last one are fats. Most of people on diet eat it very small, but they are so important too. They cushion organs, maganize energy, maintain the hormonal balance at the appropoate level.We can find them in:fish, cheese, eggs, nuts, peanut butter. There are 3 types of fats: trans, saturated, unsaturated. Exactly, we have to eat less saturated fats and eat more unsaturated. That small change could make us heathier.

We should eat specifeded number of macronutriens. In % it look like:

carbs 45-65%

proteins 10-35%

fats 20-35%
