buddha bowl

It is a well balanced meal, with a lot of veggies and bulge in the middle which is callad "Buddha tummy". 

How to do it?

1) we have to pick base of leafy vegetables

for example: kale, arugula, spinach, lettuce

2)then we pick wholegrain cerals

for example:buckwheat, millet, pigweed

3)next we must care about protein

for example:beans, letins, chickpeans, tofu

4)then we have to choose veggies(colorful)

you can take what ever you want. The most popular are: mushrooms, carrots, sweet potatoes

5)next we must refill fats

most pepole choose avocado, because it is healhy, tasty and looks amazing. but also you can pick nuts or make a delicoius souse.

You can ad to it souse, nuts, eggs,
humus and whatever you want. To do it choose diffrent treatment:cook, fry, bake.
