why should we eat seasonally?

 At first I want to explain what it is to eat seasonally. Every month/season have vegetables and fruits which are the best in this time. They have more vitamins and are delicious. But why should we do that? Now I would tell you about it. Like I said it is healthier for us, but for planet to. Those product don't have to be transported by trains, planes etc, so the CO^2 isn't going to air. For real eating seasonally is cheaper. In shops for most time is sale on them, so we can keep money in our pocket and still eat good. Isn't it exciting? The last reason is that we help local small shops. Farmers have just seasonally food, but in other months money goes to big supermarkets. So when we are buying from them, it is better for both of us. I wish that you will eat more less sesionallly now, and i will put the picture of food for every month.

  1. Late winter and early spring are a bit hard in our climate - it will have to be cabbage, beetroots and carrots all the time.
