There are a few types of this diet. But on the most typical kind is when we doesn't eat meat and fish.  This diet could have a lot of benefits. Often those people eat more vitamins and fiber. Sometimes it could help in weight losse. This diet also minimalise risk of cancer. In their blood is regular level of sugar and make hearth work well. Almost everytime vegetarians have to supliment omega 3 acid, because it is in fat fish and meat. Also they have to take protein from the other food like pods, nuts, tofu etc. Summarizing, this diet is fine, but vegetarians have to check their blood results.

  1. I've been practically vegetarian for the last ten years and, to be honest, I don't worry about my results too much. Maybe in old people, who shouldn't eat meat anyway, the vegetarian diet is just a natural healthy choice.
