Like I said on my previous post we should eat seasioanlly. So we are in a middle on autumn, and what should we eat? There is a list of those products:

 carrots

pumpkin

sweet potato

broccoli

soinach

kale

celery

apples

pomegranates

pears

plums

ginger

In a middle of a day we can try things like granola bars, everytypes of nuts and of course drink a lot of delicious tea.

there are few sugestion for autun meal that I wish you would enjoy:

1. oats with milk, cinamon, ginger and sweet apple

2. grain with veggies(root and green) and legumes

3. hot soup with vegetables and legume

4. baked fish with a lot of seasonally veggies

  1. Unfortunately, some of the products on your lists don't grow in our climate: sweet potatoes, pomegranates, ginger.
