hard diet during quarantine

Diet during this time could be really hard for a lot of people. Gyms are closed, and we have more free time on which we can eat, expecially fast food and sweets. We have a lot of stress, because of for example pandemia, so we eat more. During this we have a lot of kortyzol in our blood, so our stress is getting bigger, bigger and bigger. >choose snacks with high level of protein like nuts, veggies chips

>plan your meals, so they probably be more healthy

>buy as much as you need, cause if you buy a lot of food of course you would eat it

>start to eat more veggies and fruits

>create your eating habits and routines as if you were going to work

>drink a lot of water 

>workout at home, if it is a sunny day you can go running, choose walk.

  1. I put on about 4 kilos during the spring lock-down and I never managed to lose it before the current lock-down was announced. Bad luck!
