Keto diet

Keto is a diet in which we are eating a low level of carbs. It looks like: 50% fats, 45% protein, 5% carbs. There are few types of it: SKD, CKD, TKD and high protein keto. It can be really great of some people, because it makes lower risk of some diseases. So it has some benefits, but not only like all. 

On this diet we have some ban food like: sweets, fruits, some vegies, pasta, bread, alcohol. It is like this because they have of course lots of carbs. But we should eat thing like: meat, fish, eggs, butter, nuts, avocado, some vegies, cheese.

Sometimes people on keto have to take some suplement to help their body. Often they are: turf, potassium, magnesium.

Keto diet can be good for us, but before we useit we have to contact with our doctor.
