Insulin resistence
At The begining i want to say what insulin is. It is a hormone which controls level of sugar in our blood and another processes. When it get worse we got a disorder called insulin resistence.
We can catch this disorder when we have a lot of fat in blood. More people who have ir are overweight and eat lots of fat and don't work out.
To check if you are sick doctor will check your level of insulin in blood in the morning without breakfast. Sometimes in it you have to contack with cardiolog, because it makes hearth disease risk bigger.
But youcan break insulin resistence. You should workout and lose weight. If you are smoking, give it up please. You should eat well, eat less sugar and more omega 3. You can sleep like 8h and lower stres.
This disorder isn't a joke and we have to care about our health.
