I had read an article about intermitten fasting. When you are on this diet you have cycles of fasting and eating. There are a few methods of it:
• 16/8 method
• eat-stop-eat
• the 5:2 diet.
When you are on this diet it affects your cells and hormones f. Ex. There is lower lovel of insuline in blood. Like everything it have benefits too f. Ex.:
•easier weight loss
• insulin resistence
•anti-aging
Sometimes it makes health lifestyle easier. But it isn't for everybody. Women should avoid it because of hormones. It isn't for underweight people, somebidy with past connected with eating fisorder, everybidy who have to take medicins.
Finally i think that this diet is good, but like in everythink connected with health we should contact with our doctoe.

OdpowiedzUsuńFactual issues: insulin resistance is NOT a benefit, it's a health problem. Intermittent fasting is supposed to prevent or cure insulin resistance by reducing the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas.
